He has over 15 years as a master trainer and executive coach. Advisor and consultant to boards, executives, teams, corporations, numerous government agencies, elected officials, and non-profit leadership teams, Darrell has expertise and passion for team building, leadership and organizational effectiveness. This workshop explores how we can develop a shared communication model with others. We will learn about communication styles and how best to listen and speak to those who appear to be critical and confrontational.
