SUPPLIER FAQs:

What is a reverse tradeshow?

Our innovative Marketplace system matches planners and suppliers for individual appointments based on their requests, as well as additional factors. Planners sit at designated tables and suppliers have 1-2 minutes to travel between appointments. A chime signifies the beginning and end of each appointment.

How much does registration cost?

Registration starts at $4,450. Non-appointment attendee registration is $2,000. Talk to your regional sales rep for more information.

How do I book my hotel room?

Connect Mountain | Incentive supplier attendees should book through our host hotel's reservation portal below.

Supplier Reservation Portal

Note: There is a non-host hotel fee of $350 incurred if you do not stay within the event room block.

How should I travel between the airport and the event?

The Banff Convention & Visitors Bureau has kindly offered to provide transportation to our Connect Mountain Incentive suppliers to and from the Calgary Airport and Lake Louise as it is at least a 2 hour drive. Supplier transportation will be provided on March 20 and March 22 only. It is  highly recommended that attendees leave at least 4.5 hours before the flight departure time; therefore, the last shuttle offered on March 22 will be at noon.

If you would like to take the complimentary transportation offered by the Banff CVB on March 20 and/or March 22, please complete this form to its entirety.

Complimentary Transportation Signup

This form will close on Friday, March 1.

Please reach out to your sales representative with any questions. Shuttle information will be provided after March 1.

For suppliers who do not choose to take the transportation provided, suppliers are welcome to book their own transportation at their own expense. The Banff CVB recommends using Brewster Express.

How does the appointment process work?

Planners and suppliers will receive an email stating that the appointment request process is open. Mutual requests get priority, then planner requests are granted, followed by supplier requests. It is not a first-come, first-served process. As long as you complete your requests by the designated end date, your appointment selections will be granted the appropriate priority.

You will receive an email prior to the show with instructions for logging into the appointment portal.
